Cancelled an order with yourselves on 2nd December and asked for a refund.
Support ticket #192764 created on 3rd December, but no reply.
Support ticket updated order as cancelled on 5th December. Still no reply, and no refund.
Five working days passsed; no reply, no money.
I have not received any goods.
I would like an explanation as to how long I am expected to wait before you return my money, and why no one has informed me of this in the interim.
