accounts3 Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Hi Kaibil Your order is showing that it is being picked, but as you can probably imagine, with the bank holiday last weekend we do have a good deal of orders to process, and priority can not be given to one order and not another, so hopefully yours will be ready soon for dispatch, and you will receive the automated email that is sent out each time we have an order ready for our courier company to deliver. Hope all goes well with your install, but remember we do not promise next day delivery, we say that we try to process all orders within 72 hours.
