I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time. Thanks, Ian

Dear Sirs, With reference to your advice on your web site regarding free e-mail accounts I am posting a request for a RMA number here. I recently purchased some GJD Opal RFX wireless PIRs from you. Order Number is 12292. One of the PIRs has its plastic antenna broken off the main housing. I would like to return it for an exchange unit. Could you please provide a Returns number. Regards Philip Moore

I am looking to install an outdoor alarm system (pre-alarm with video surveillance), with integrated cameras for a video surveillance system to follow the images. Would you recommend the watchout (I believe it is now available in 869MHz and with an integrated camera providing 6 images in case of detection)? What kind of Alarm system would you recommend to work in an hybid (wireless, cable) format, including video image transmission? How can I use this alarm system to work as a "pre-alarm" (silent alarm) video transmission system for outdoor detection and as an alarm system indoor? Thanks a lot for your advise.
