Hi Steven, The brackets are now available on the web site, there is a choice of two the AFU-0004 for the Prestige range and the AFU-0006 for the standard range, so if you have a look you will need to purchase the AFU-0004 to go with your PrestigePW's. Regards Elaine

Hi This is my 4th 500r panel ive installed that ive bought from you. I have problems with the new panel ive just installed, the 524r and 536r works intimately ive tried the devices on my own panel and they work fine. Is there a problem with the 500r+ alarm panel? Many thanks Regards Tony Sellwood

"Hello, & thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Its appreciated. To stop the strobe lamp flashing I disconnected the strobe - wire at the Mini Gen4 panel. Testing between the Bell + and Strobe - terminals with the Strobe - wire disconnected, I'm getting around 12V running on the battery & around 15V running on the Mains. Both these values are constant. I say "around" as I still use an analogue meter.

Hi, The strobe light in my Reson8 Bell Box will not stop flashing after fitting my new Mini Gen4 control panel. I've tried everything & double, triple & quadruple checked the wiring, spent hours trying to fathom it out, but it still flashes. I've had to disconnect the -strobe wire to stop the flashing. My conclusion is that there must be a fault with my new Mini Gen4 panel. Have you any thoughts please? Thanks David

Hi, I bought a sensor scantronic 714REUR but i not able to associate with the central Homelink 75. I followed the steps in the manual: enter the menu to acquire the unit and then trigger the tamper on the sensor. The red activity led flashes regularly but not response from central. Other sensor i bought (738REUR) work correctly Thanks Stefano

Hi James, Yes we posted a packet out and Risco have sent several out direct to Arif now, but they never get to him. Risco sent some more out yesterday 1st class and some to the warehouse, so we will have spares, should this happen again. Elaine
