  1. Thats a timeguard unit. It looks like you have an IQ unit. I would suggest they are not compatible.
  2. That looks right then. What problem are you having.
  3. I would suggest it is compatible then if you already have a working 730. re delay options see below (copied from install manual) 4.4.5 Abort Time (fig. 4.4 location 05) Do not use in UL installations. Here you select the length of time allowed by the system to abort an alarm (not applicable to alarms from FIRE, 24H SILENT, EMERGENCY, GAS and FLOOD zones). The PowerMax+ is programmed to provide an “abort interval” that starts upon detection of an event. During this interval, the buzzer sounds a warning but the siren remains inactive and the alarm is not reported. If the user disarms the system within the allowed abort interval, the alarm is aborted. Available options: 00s, 15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 2m, 3m, 4m.
  4. What are the requirments of the multiplexor. You may be able to use a newer pelco unit. Are you using custom software to control them etc. How are they being used?
  5. just a note. I notice you say you have a powermax plus. Im not sure the 730 is compatible with the plus units, you need a 710
  6. Sounds like you may have a faulty unit. But how are you testing it. ie there are possible 2nd entry timers and bell delays you could have configured
  7. Yes that will be suitable.
  8. to be able to do roll calls you need a proper online system. There are a few choices. How many users do you have?
  9. You cant partset from the simple set reader. There isnt a way on that panel of doing it via gobs im afraid. You can use an informa and the accenta has dedicated comms outputs so you can signal alarm, fire, pa etc seperatly if required. You can connect a 16 Ohm speaker to the panel
  10. On the galaxys they have programable outputs. If you use 2 of the outputs for your bell and strobe (normal -ve trigger) then program the outputs as BELL and STROBE as required.
  11. sounds like a faulty camera. Are they all doing this? What are the units you have?
  12. There isnt a kit like that but if you let us know your account name we can add the relevant products to your cart for you
  13. you will need to enter the code after you power the system back up to silence. ie apply power once the alarm starts sounding then enter the pin code.
  14. not a handset as such but you could look at the nova unit. This will work on your system http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/bpt-nova-flush-audio-module-black-with-black-chrome-surround-p-2457.html
  15. smoke detector http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-supervised-wireless-powercode%C3%82%E2%84%A2-smoke-detector-p-1717.html internal siren http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-mcs720-twoway-wireless-indoor-siren-p-2166.html but check your panel version number against the compatibility list
  16. The battery is included, sales will update you on the price for thew gsm module. We will send the manual via pdf if required after purchase foc
  17. Which base have you got the latching or the non latching base? The main reason for the question is to check you have a base.
  18. do you have a broadband filter fitted to the dialler? ie only relevant if the line has broadband. Also is it a BT line or a NGN line. What dialler is it?
  19. Is this to use a sata drive on a machine with a Pata only interface
  20. As above. The accenta is a more powerful panel from the same manufacturer and is also a lower cost. If you require a metal end station there is a metal varient of the accenta
  21. That is how you do it. If you follow the info in the install manual step by step. I cant detail it on a public forum for obvious reasons sorry.
  22. I would not mount a battery outside. Yes you could do this it would 'work' but is not advised. If you require more standby time i would fit an additional PSU ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/elmdene-1381n-p-606.html connect all your powers to this and fit an additional 7A/h in this enclosure.
  23. Yes it does allow code entry. Assuming your FAAC controller has a n/o open input then yes.
  24. id recommend a honeywell accenta. This will allow upto 8 zones with upto 2 of these as fire sensors. If you need more circuits id have a look at the galaxy flex systems or G2
  25. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/intruder-alarm-smoke-detectors-c-36_40.html?sort=4a&page=1 have a look here. Id recommend a honeywell non latching base and a combination detector
