  1. On the galaxys they have programable outputs. If you use 2 of the outputs for your bell and strobe (normal -ve trigger) then program the outputs as BELL and STROBE as required.
  2. sounds like a faulty camera. Are they all doing this? What are the units you have?
  3. There isnt a kit like that but if you let us know your account name we can add the relevant products to your cart for you
  4. you will need to enter the code after you power the system back up to silence. ie apply power once the alarm starts sounding then enter the pin code.
  5. not a handset as such but you could look at the nova unit. This will work on your system http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/bpt-nova-flush-audio-module-black-with-black-chrome-surround-p-2457.html
  6. smoke detector http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-supervised-wireless-powercode%C3%82%E2%84%A2-smoke-detector-p-1717.html internal siren http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-mcs720-twoway-wireless-indoor-siren-p-2166.html but check your panel version number against the compatibility list
  7. The battery is included, sales will update you on the price for thew gsm module. We will send the manual via pdf if required after purchase foc
  8. Which base have you got the latching or the non latching base? The main reason for the question is to check you have a base.
  9. do you have a broadband filter fitted to the dialler? ie only relevant if the line has broadband. Also is it a BT line or a NGN line. What dialler is it?
  10. Is this to use a sata drive on a machine with a Pata only interface
  11. As above. The accenta is a more powerful panel from the same manufacturer and is also a lower cost. If you require a metal end station there is a metal varient of the accenta
  12. That is how you do it. If you follow the info in the install manual step by step. I cant detail it on a public forum for obvious reasons sorry.
  13. I would not mount a battery outside. Yes you could do this it would 'work' but is not advised. If you require more standby time i would fit an additional PSU ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/elmdene-1381n-p-606.html connect all your powers to this and fit an additional 7A/h in this enclosure.
  14. Yes it does allow code entry. Assuming your FAAC controller has a n/o open input then yes.
  15. id recommend a honeywell accenta. This will allow upto 8 zones with upto 2 of these as fire sensors. If you need more circuits id have a look at the galaxy flex systems or G2
  16. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/intruder-alarm-smoke-detectors-c-36_40.html?sort=4a&page=1 have a look here. Id recommend a honeywell non latching base and a combination detector
  17. The default setting on that detector are for a galaxy control panel. What panel is it connected too?
  18. If the audio is poor that could be many factors. How is it cabled? How long is the run etc if you have a dc based system then you can use this unit to boost call volume. But it depends on if you are using ac call buzz or not http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/videx-boxed-extension-sounder-for-video-kits-and-dc-kits-p-1215.html
  19. You cant partset on a simple set. It allows full set and unset only. Depending on your panel you can configure the output on the simple set and connect it to a keyswitch input zone
  20. You can use any hardwired pro sounder such as the honeywell ag6 http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/honeywell-activeguard-ag6-external-siren-blue-inc-white-cover-p-1973.html
  21. need a model number to be sure (the 21/40 just shows the number of products in the search or catagory you were in) But im assuming its the secware pro unit and as such is an analogue unit. You can use cat 5 if you use baluns to convert the signal. It is not an IP / network camera
  22. Yes that sensor can be connected to any pro security panel
  23. You could connect direct to the dialler with a pir etc but you would have no means to arm / disarm it unless you used a keyswitch. As you need a power supply to run the dialler, by the time you have purchased a psu, a keyswitch, relay etc you would have been better off buying an optima compact or an accenta http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/ade-honeywell-optima-compact-gen4-p-866.html
  24. You wont find a sensor that is battery powered with clean contacts. The relay would flatten the battery in no time. Usually on IP cameras the alarm input is configurable as N/O or N/C. I would suggest a 12v sensor such as the Voltek AUtoswitch but this will require a 12v Power supply. How are you powering the camera? http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/voltek-autoswitch-p-2453.html
