I have a PowerMAx complete wireless alarm system installed in the house. I was wanting to add an additional wireless siren (the system can handle a maximum of 2). I already have the MCS -740 wireless alarm and was hoping to purchase the wired version of this alarm, the MCS-730AC. Can you check for system compatibility. The version number of the panel is: JS702159 B.17.107 JS700421 V.1.0.02

hi I have an accenta G4 which I purchased from you a while ago I never completed the installation due to illness, but now after a break in I decided to complete the installation. I have got to the point of setting up program but I get tamper fault lockout, I have checked all cabling and have even put link wires on all tamper circuits even the one on the lcd keypad. but I still get the same message. I have also made sure the panel spring is pressed, I have done a complete factory restore but still the same. do you have any ideas for me to try ? I am happy to replace the panel if it's faulty but I don't wish to waste money if it is something else. thanks in advance

[Ticket Question] Visonic Keypad - Prox Tags Will Not Register
Secware2 replied to Secware's topic in Intruder Alarms
I believe this is now in hand with Visonic and they are helping with your faulty control panel, and not the keypad. However if support can be of further help please respond. -
[Ticket Question] Visionic Powerlink 3 Internet Module
Secware2 replied to Secware's topic in Intruder Alarms
The Powerlink 3 is only compatible with SW version 18 upwards, so would depend what software your panel has. -

I am struggling to find information on how to wire the Pyronix Deltabell Plus to the Honeywell Flex 20. Also i would like to know how to wire the Honeywell DT8012F5 DUAL TEC Motion Sensor with Pet-Immunity (DT8012F5) to the Honeywell Flex 20 panel. At present i have connected the positive and negative to +12V and 0V. I have connected the NC to 0V and put a 1K resistor at the sensor to C, and then again a 1K resistor from C to Tamper. The problem i have is the sensor doesn't have a Fault terminal to wire to zone 1.

[Ticket Question] Visonic Kit With Gsm Module
Secware2 replied to Secware's topic in Intruder Alarms
The GSM module would require a sim: https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-gsm350-with-gsmgprs-connectivity-p-2714.html All products are 868mhz unless stated otherwise, if purchasing PowerMaster products, these are only compatible with panels/peripherals purchased within the UK, as these work on a different frequency to the rest of Europe. -

I Purchased a Galaxy Dimension panel last week. It didn't come with an installation or programming manual.I have found some information on line. But need a few answers if possible. What are the external bell box connections? What are the internal sounder connections? I have the system operating with a few detectors and the system has 1 fault which is because it does not have a telephone connection. Can this facility be turned of as I don't need this facility at the moment? If not what is the best way to clear this fault so the system has no faults and is usable.

Please raise a ticket advising order number, and we will be able to look into this for you. https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/support/ticket/upload/index.php

The Powerlink 3 will allow you to use the Visonic app and set/unset the alarm. However the PIR with integrated camera images are only available through a Monitoring station and not for the end user.

A two way system would help against false alarms: https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/visonic-powermaster-10-kit-p-2697.html Please see link for full Powermaster Range: https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=powermaster&inc_subcat=0&sort=4a&page=2

Someone Please Help 9800 Fault - Am Desperate. Please!
Secware2 replied to Blueyazoo's topic in Intruder Alarms
Contact a local installer, there will be a call out charge but they will be able to help you. -
If you buy the standard Enforcer now it cannot be upgraded with Homecontrol+ later on. If you buy Homecontrol+ now with a GPRS module you will get the first year of data included. Providing there is a decent GPRS signal that's all you'll need. When you have broadband in 6 months you can upgrade to an Ethernet module and plug a cable into your router but you won't be able to upgrade to WiFi as the options aren't available yet. This is due in January when version 2.1 is released. However you could use the Ethernet Module and a separate WiFi Bridge if you know how to set it up.
