I need to buy one of the Texecom Premier Elite alarm panels (plastic case) and wanted to know if they have the latest Firmware v4.02 on them. My current Premier Elite 24 met with a slight accident after a mains power surge and it's destroyed it, so I want to replace it with an identical model. It will be much easier to replace and I have just wallpapered around two remote keypads. If I order Tuesday, is there any way of getting one before Saturday to a CH43 post code?

I have dual sounders outside (front and back) and don't want to annoy the neighbours any more, so will have to replace it at the weekend.

 

I'm also looking for something like a power surge adapter for the mains input if you have anything like that. The rest of the equipment I bought from you a few years ago works perfectly, nothing apart from the Texecom panel went wild. All my dual tech detectors, breakglass, keypads etc are fine. I've sent Texecom a few pictures of the panel. It's just one of those things sent to annoy us!
