  1. No It requires the line to be in tact. You would need a proper dualpath signalling device such as redcare or dualcom. Some of the basic features of these systems are in the menvier sd3
  2. Do you have a prodcut code. Id have to check on that.
  3. 868MHz The Pro unit can only be purchased by registered installers currently GSM yes, Powerlink no
  4. AFAIK morley is a fire brand. Do you have an image of the unit?
  5. depends on the product, but some pictures show all products, the product detail will list what is included.
  6. You do need purple resistors. That isnt currently a stock item for us do to low demand.
  7. PSU or battery? If its a battery then enything upto a 7/h will be suitable. If its a PSU then i could do with a bit more info on what your planning?
  8. Yes it does have a prox keypad. No it doesnt come with any fobs. Just order the number you need. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=634
  9. yes and no. The very latest pm+ yes. Anthing older no. I beleive this souder will replace the 710
  10. or the honeywell ag6 http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1973
  11. the bx 80n has 2 detectors at 180 degrees, but it wont cover 180 degs. The only unit i know of is the voltek 1811 http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1533
  12. If it is faulty then you can return it. But id verify it is indeed faulty before sedning it back. As above id check that the tamper switches are closed, that the sabt is correctly wired into the panel, and that you have a voltage on the bell trigger (0v) when the bell shoudl be activating
  13. Those different freq are for different countries. We only stock the UK model. Im there was a volume order we could order them in, but we have a minimum order and the uk market for other freq would be very limited.
  14. Both valid points. I wouldnt advise putting more than 1 detector on a zone.
  15. I would suggest you have programmed the codes incrorrectly somehow. You can default the codes. If you check the manaul it will tell you how. Alternativly if you let me know your order number ill send the procedure to your account email. Tech
  16. my recommendation is to use a galaxy wireless system. But brown wireless contacts are not as available as white. Are the pir's to be wired?
  17. Yes the bellbox is totally wire free. It used lithuim cells as a power source.
  18. Yes you can. You will just need ot get the correct perephierals to suit.
  19. You will need to take an output from the panel. What inputs doe you have to trigger the shutter, id assume the shutter is designed to be held open by the fire alarm normally. I would suggest you use the aux fire output on the panel. What panel is it?
  20. what sort of lighting is at the scene. And is the system expected to function with direct headlights etc?
  21. What is the unit at the other end? ie it depends on what system you have installed.
  22. you 'could' do it this way but id suggest its a problematic way. A better way would be to use a 240v relay and connect this to the incoming supply. When that opened it could open your gates straight away. If you would like a delay then id add a timer to hold off the relay.
  23. I would suggest you try again. Also check your spam folders etc and add securitywarehouse.co.uk to your safe senders list.
  24. Let us know your account name and we will reset it manually and test.
  25. The master blaster is purly a sounder. I would suggest a basic panel to control it. say a honeywell optima gen4, then a detector of your choice. Tech
