You missed one. The sab. It's often that especially as the temps change etc. TRy looping that out. If it still does it then its either a dry joint or a failed panel tamper switch. If be surprised if it was either. Also when you have looped out the detector and keypad tamp circuit did you remove the wires. Ie it can be a voltages issue. Again its unlikely and id say it will be bell and or bell cable related.

Internet Access isnt that common on control panels due to the potential secuity issues. I know that texecom do have this as a custom option on the premier ip module, and the scantronic ion40 has some web features. It is something thats becoming more popular. Equipment wise for 16 hard wired zones id recommend either a galaxy dimension or a texecom premier. If you just want remote control via usb,modem, serial etc the prem might be a better option then you could remote desktop into a local pc running the wintex software.

Engineer codes are programmable by the engineer. There isn't a backdoor one as that would seriously affect the panels security. Batteries are available but you need to know which one you need.

Do me a favour remove the detector and only have the keypad unit. It really sounds like an acked event. Either that or a faulty panel. If be surprised though. The only thing that concerns me is the unknown event in the log. Can you confirm the exact wording and events either side please. James

I'd be surprised. First of all if confirm its not environmental. Can you swap 2 units over ie between rooms? If not if completly mask the lens and are if it continues. There are many more likely reasons before if suspect interference.

What is dispalyed on the panel. Your install manual will tell you haw to factory reset it if needed, obviously we cant say on a public forum. But i doubt a reset will help unless you have programmed something wrong.

if using standalone floods with sensors i doubt any will have the switching capacity needed. If using voltek low voltage pirs and switchers then it will be fine, but you will need to run a lv cable to the heads and a mains cable for the floods.

ensure the light level is correctly set. DOes the light function manually? or are they the same lights with 3 sesnors?

Possible but i doubt it. Id say you have an unrestored tamper somewhere. check all the tamper inputs including panel, keypad and sounder etc.

The 500r uses a hardwired bell. Any of the 12v intruder sab's will be fine. But look for lower power consumption due to the small psu etc, ie honeywell ag6

Yes they will

WHat the signal strength to the bell. Could be a range issue. Might be worth temp fitting it by the panel to see how it performs. If all is ok you will need to relocate the bell. COuld be battery but as they are monitored if expect a battery fault rather than it going missing.

Do you mean a standalone unit. If so I don't know of one I'm afraid.

you do cable them back to the panel but they need to electrically be in series on a double pole global tamper panel.

yes you do you need to seried the tampers. When you say 1 cable do you have 1 cable per sensor at the panel or not?

the pm gsm module laows full integration for signalling etc the cqr dialler is more of a standalone etc unit that will need outputs from the panel to trigger it.
