Hello, The company I work for has purchased a Eur-108x tag reader and we are having difficulties with adding a new tag to the system. The problem is that we cannot pair the new tag with the reader. Do you have any information that could possibly help us out with this situation?

A customer of ours has purchased a Videx 837-1 unit recently following the failure of the microphone in the Videx gate unit which turned out to be an 836-1. Is it possible to use this 837-1 unit as a replacement for the 836-1 or can you supply an 836-1, or compatible, unit.

I have a requirement to install an access control system on the door to a Gym. I need to be able to open the door from 10am to 4pm but at all other times the card would be required. I have looked at the ACT prox 5 and the paxton compact vandal resistant but cant see how i can open the door for the required times. I plan on using a yale lock and a release and wonder if i need to use an exit button when my members can just open the lock? Am i missing something here? I dont want to spend a fortune but i need something reliable and easy to manage Thanks Geoff

I have a faulty door entry phone which is in a office. The phone is a BPT AS E/200 and need a replacement.What units are a compatible replacement.

We have been asked to fit a audio only door entry system to a school where the gate is at the other end of the building from reception where the handset will be, approximately 100m away (no line of sight). They have a network phone system which is being upgraded from analogue to digital shortly. Is there a system that could connect to their phone system? Or can you advise on the range of the wireless systems?

Hi I was advised that the old round type key fob was discontinued and that the new rectangular key fob (KF-235 pg2) was a replacement. I’ve tried to enroll the key fob but it doesn’t connect. The instructions say that I have to enter the code from the key fob but the old panels don’t have that option. Is there a way to enroll without or does this have to be a return?

I need to replace a broken rim lock strike that was purchased as part of an ACT basic pin entry system. The strike has "bell system" written on it but no part number. Can you please advise me as to which part to buy.

Before I order the above product, I am just wondering if the handset will work with all Videx systems. I want to provide an extra handset for one my elderly patients who already has a Videx system installed. I need to ensure this handset works with her current system before ordering.

I have just obtained a second hand access control system (partly manufactured by Dantech) It has a DA371 PSU and another circuit board for the connection of the card swipe/proximity reader, maglock, emergency access release, normal internal release etc. The problem i have is that i have no wiring instructions to enable me to connect all of my devices to it for my small premises. I have been asked to source a replacement for a damaged BPT video intercom. ONce stripped the circuit board had the serial number VZ 110 and the video camera VT 100. The panel itself looks longer than anything in the present BPT range. Does anyone know of a direct replacement for this panel which is about 12" high. The reason I ask is that it has been mounted in a welded housing and would be a lot of work to retro fit with something else.

We are currently looking for a door access control system that manages one door, both entry and exit. It would need to be able to connect to a computer so that staff entry/exit times could be monitored. Hello. My BPT A/200N (number 61404810) has one internal phone wired to the intercom located next to the gate to our property (single dwelling). I want to add one additional internal phone in another room of the dwelling (three phones are possible). BUT: I cannot run wires for this new phone back to the BPT A/200N powwer supply unit. Please advise me what I should purchase from you to do to this by wireless. Many thanks, Glenn

We seem to have a Videx VX 800 and the buzzer button seems to get stuck ever so often; can't hear it inside the house; where can I get the access key to check what's wrong.....can only be a loose connection or something......or??? please advise..........any ideas will be very welcome.........thanks

please could you help me with a wiring question. I have puchases a 3021a handset which replaces an old creeam coloured videx vx handset. The old handset had 5 connected points at 1,2,5,6 and 7. Before disconnecting I labelled the wires, removed the handset and re-connected at the same points but I have noticed there is no connection 7 on the 3021a model. The new model has connection points 4,6,2,1,3,5,9,8 but no point 7? So now I have an unconnected wire. Could you please provide some help on this.

Please could you advise if the targha BPT audio intercom with keypad system would work with any electromagnetic lock and exit button device? Also, I am rather ignorant on these systems, is the double electromagnetic systems shown on your website used for double doors? If so, we have a leading gate for pedestrians if the non leading gate is held by a ground bolt will this work? Thanks
