We seem to have a Videx VX 800 and the buzzer button seems to get stuck ever so often; can't hear it inside the house;

 

where can I get the access key to check what's wrong.....can only be a loose connection or  something......or???

 

please advise..........any ideas will be very welcome.........thanks
