Before I order the above product, I am just wondering if the handset will work with all Videx systems. I want to provide an extra handset for one my elderly patients who already has a Videx system installed. I need to ensure this handset works with her current system before ordering.

Not really.  I cannot get access to that.  I'm in the office sending these forum messages and the patient I'm working on this for lives a trek away.  I can ask the technician who would fit it what he thinks but I don't think he looked either.  What is it you are looking for exactly and I'll ask him.

I just need to confirm the topology type. Im assuming that yes the 3011 will be fine, but ig you have a non conventional wiring system, ie 2 wire etc, then no it wont.
