please could you help me with a wiring question. I have puchases a 3021a handset which replaces an old creeam coloured videx vx handset. The old handset had 5 connected points at 1,2,5,6 and 7. Before disconnecting I labelled the wires, removed the handset and re-connected at the same points but I have noticed there is no connection 7 on the 3021a model. The new model has connection points 4,6,2,1,3,5,9,8 but no point 7? So now I have an unconnected wire. Could you please provide some help on this.
