Visonic power max replacement key fob

Featured Replies

Hi I was advised that the old round type key fob was discontinued and that the new rectangular key fob (KF-235 pg2) was a replacement. I’ve tried to enroll the key fob but it doesn’t connect. The instructions say that I have to enter the code from the key fob but the old panels don’t have that option. Is there a way to enroll without or does this have to be a return?

Thanks for the reply. I was advised by the person on the phone that this would work. Looks like I’ll have to bring it back for a refund

I do apologies you have been informed the PowerG keyfob replaces the PowerMax, but as mentioned in this thread this is not the case.

Can you please advise who it was you spoke with, failing that as our telephone calls are recorded please advise the day or number you called from so we are able to look into this further? (Please send this to sales@securitywarehouse.co.uk)

We will then be able to help with getting the item back to ourselves if we have indeed advised incorrectly.
