Hi I am looking to install a burglar alarm but I am having difficulty finding what I need. I Have a cat but I guess the pet friendly pirs are a bit unreliable so perimeter on ground floor. So heres what I need 3 x door contacts 2 x PIRs Siren control panel. I want to control it with an app on my smartphone. I have most of the wires in place so want a hard wired or hybrid alarm. I would consider a camera but am wary of it being hacked. Any advise on a suitable system? lee cee dee

Is it possible to obtain a replacement control panel tamper spring for my Risco Eurosec CP8L unit??? I accidentally lost it when I removed the panel cover to do some maintenance!!! Unfortunately I have not been able to relocate it because it is somewhere in the loft insulation of my house :-( Any advice on how to obtain or replace would be appreciated....thanks

Hi, Om planning to install a SPC wireless system in a 77m2 house. There are three rooms on floor one incliding two hallways. On second floor there are two bedrooms and a stair. My plan is to have two IR-sensors on floor one and one on floor two. On the two entrance doors I planning to install two door sensors. Placed an order #24054 Nov 2 which was stalled due to unverified PayPal account. Had my account verified Nov 5 and informed Security Warehouse in Support ticket #429835 and you said you will just check before shipment. Hi, I paid my order with your paypal service, and now you say that my account is not verified and has stalled my order. The problem is that I did not create any account with paypal, I just choose to use 'Express checkout'. Which does not use any paypal account. I put an order on Friday February 20th 2015, paying with credit card via a form managed by PayPal. On Monday 23Th the order was stalled because of an internal (to the company) anti-fraud policy. This policy states that the do not ship goods when the transaction has been made via a non verified paypal account. Note that I did not use any PayPal account to fulfill the payment, but just the paypal credit card payment system. I was advised to open a support ticket, which I did.
