Second time I've had to return an item that is faulty I know this is not you fault, but you make the whole return process absolute agony..five days bouncing messages back to the pathetic helpdesk ticket system and I've been told to return it for a replacement at my cost WHY COULD YOU NOT SAY THIS ON DAY ONE!!!! ...I think I'll have to start going back to the wholesalers little bit more expensive but at least when kit goes wrong you get a replacement straight away with know stress busting hours sent tapping on a laptop...

Today we have found that with the difficulties (planned work over running) that BT have experienced with their internet, that a number of customers have had difficulty with our Payment gateway. We apologise for this, but it was totally out of our control. We understand that this over running work, has now been completed, so we believe the payment gateway is now back to normal. Hi, We have a Maglock door entry system which has fail and is no longer locking. Looking at the Access Module PCB it looks like one of the Caps has died and possibly taken out some of the surface mount components around it too. Can anyone identify this board and where to get a replacement? Thanks.

I have an alarm system and all i can verify is that the keypad is eurosec , I have had it a while and the buttons have gone funny . I have just ordered a risco gardtec eurosec keypad and also a honeywell intellisense pir IS215TCE. is it compatible with my older wired system ? I phoned security warehouse but the man just kept talking about what numbers i should press . thanks for any help.

After many months of the forum being unaccesable by our community, we are pleased to advise that IT have identified the problems and the forum is back. We will be pleased to see the community active again. Seems the spammers are back first, hopefully the security community will be back as well soon. I see the spammers like to post in this topic, but the whole forum is regularly checked and spamming is mainly maintained by good software. Nice to see the security questions and answers have now recommenced

have never used this item before, i purchased two as the cost is very very good, easy to use and no messsing around to install at all, on the face of it i was happy .....untill i programmed the first one up... and it dosent work, changed it forthe second one.. still no good took them to another location without a broudband connection ( in case this was causing a fault) still no good, spoke to the manufacturer and they cant help as he says i have done everything correctly??? surely two units cant both be faulty.. im dissapointed in the product for a first trial its not looking good. has anyone else had any experience with these dialers? i really dont want to order a differ…

Hi! I have bought a PowerMax Complete, but I cant get the GSM-module to work. It wont call or sent an SMS when the alarm is activated. In menu 4.5 "Difine comm" diffined tha area code, "1st private tel" and "1st sms tel" I dont have the menu 4.6 "Define GSM" - can anyone tell what to do? I have tried powering down, taking out the GSM module, powering up, powering down again inserting the GSM module again and powering up. But it still wont work. I have tried with 2 different sim-cards fro 2 different companys, but it still wont sent anything If I push the button "OK" 2 times it says "RSSI GOOD" or "RSSI STRONG"

Don't know what model I have but perhaps the photos allows someone to assist ? Suspect personally the handset microphone is the issue as we cannot hear from the house at the outside front door panel. Any suggestions as to what unit I have and what I should try to solve this , short of paying someone to say it is broken and sell me another unit, of course.

Just fitted a Honeywell 8012 dual tech, on detector walk test I only see green light no yellow, it does seem to be a brighter green some times but never yellow. It does work ok at panel. I assume the led is a single colour changing and only shows one colour at a time.

I used the Honeywell Activ8 PIR in an installation in a house where they have a cat. I have set the tolerance to 15kg and pulse to medium (jumper link between 2 and 3) There have been a few false alarms in different rooms and none of the sensors face a window or stairs, there are chairs and sofas though. I have changed the sensors to the highest tolerance yesterday - 25kg and fitted the jumper link between 3 and 4. Which I wouldn't think is necessary for a cat. Is there anything i may have missed that caused that problem? I don't know yet whether the change I made is good yet as i've only done it yesterday. Is it maybe because it's a relatively cheap pet se…

I received my order and having got home just checked the contents last night. Securitywarehouse have provided me with some incorrect items. I specifically asked for Impaq Shock Sensors (3 x Model: IMPAQ+Cont ) and (5 x Model: IMPAQ+). However, they have supplied me with 8 x Model: IMPAQ+ only. Obviously now i am going to have to send these back at my own cost and have more delay in putting the alarm system in. Judging by posts here they don't like to offer refunds / replacements as quickly as they take your order money??

I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time. Thanks, Ian

We have a Eurosec g2 lcd keypad and all is working great , it’s in the hall and I would like to know if it would be possible to link / daisy chain another keypad directly behind it in the garage and it would all still work . Would be great to have one in there as we cycle to work and have to unlock the house go in to the hall turn off the alarm before opening the garage door .
