  1. Possible but i doubt it. Id say you have an unrestored tamper somewhere. check all the tamper inputs including panel, keypad and sounder etc.
  2. The 500r uses a hardwired bell. Any of the 12v intruder sab's will be fine. But look for lower power consumption due to the small psu etc, ie honeywell ag6
  3. Ok i see. SO is the output not triggering?
  4. WHat the signal strength to the bell. Could be a range issue. Might be worth temp fitting it by the panel to see how it performs. If all is ok you will need to relocate the bell. COuld be battery but as they are monitored if expect a battery fault rather than it going missing.
  5. you do cable them back to the panel but they need to electrically be in series on a double pole global tamper panel.
  6. yes you do you need to seried the tampers. When you say 1 cable do you have 1 cable per sensor at the panel or not?
  7. the pm gsm module laows full integration for signalling etc the cqr dialler is more of a standalone etc unit that will need outputs from the panel to trigger it.
  8. If you list me the connections you have ill tell you what goes where
  9. no probs thanks for the heads up
  10. 1. yes it should 2. You can either use a flsuh contact or a brown surafce one. 3. SOme detection and either a wire between them or a wireless link
  11. It will be possible, however you will need a dutch firmware file. Im afraid we dont have them in stock
  12. im sure you can build your own, but its not semething i have done. I do recall the excel having udl options in the past not sure if that still relevant. The premier is defienetly fully supported via wintex.
  13. Yes The 9940 has become the 9943 http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=632 Yes pretty much any pro hard wired detector will work a cheap one, id recommend the honeywell AG6 / 8
  14. you will have to use a 2.1-2.3 A/h battery in that panel as that is all it will accept. I would advise you back up your glassbreak sensor with some trap protection. Maybe a dualtec movement detector? But yes what you have is a workable config
  15. id recommend a honeywell G2-20 / 44 with expansion. Pirs id recommend optex and honeywell as a brand. But actual sensors depend on the environment. If you want it to call someone then you either need a voice dialler or some sort of prefessional communicator.
  16. Castle are yet to release their new wireless hybrid system. In the mean time id recommend the galaxy 2 / dimension system.
  17. we will needa bit more info for that. Also all of the prices are listed on the catalog. If using that many sensors id recommend a G2-20 galaxy setup
  18. agreed, the m12 is cracking sensor designed for interfacing into other equipment. It is not a standalone unit etc. Nor is it designed to be operated as an interlinked system etc.
  19. Alan You cant get 3 wired detectors onto the powermax plus. James
