We thought that we had ordered PSD-1 for our fire system, however we have PSD-2 instead are theses compatable with the system or do we need to send these back and swap for PSD-1

I have fitted new detector after false alarms. This detector is fine now but other 3 out of 7 are now giving false alarms but these 3 were ok before i fitted the new one. Should I replace other 3 or does this suggest that the new one is not compatible or there is another fault in the system? System is approx 3 yrs old.

I am looking to purchase your Rafiki 2 zone Basic starter kit. This will be installed in a town house with a ground, first and second floor. Could you advise if your 2.3 Ah batteries are suitable for this kit? Could you also recommend suitable cable, compatible additional sensors, heat sensor and CO2 sensors for this installation? Finally would this system be suitable for 3 zones or can only be wired for two zones? Finally is the kit batery operated only or can it be connected to mains?

Hi, 5 Zones enabled but only zone 5 is sounding when sounders set off, the other 4 zones are not responding when you set call points off or test the detectors. i also have a earth fault that wont go away i have earth continuity on all zones and at the panel. Its the first time i have installed a 8 zone panel are they much different from the 2 and 4 zone ones. Thanks

I have a 4 zone Bardic Zircon Chloride Fire Panel which the manufacturer tells me is no longer manufactured. It is registering a Power Fault but otherwise perfectly functional. I have replaced both battery and transformer so that leaves only the main circuit board which I am told I can not get anymore. Can anyone send me any manuals you have for the non addressable Rafiki fire alarm systems and any other information you have on max loadings and cable lengths etc.. Can you use 4 core cable to add additional devices? Do they do a remote LED? Can you use the output module on the zone? Is the repeater fully functional i.e can you silence reset etc Does it meet EN54 standards? How much warrenty do you get? What DB level do the sounders in the call points kick out?
