I AM BUYING A APOLLO 65 SERIES OPTICAL SMOKE DETECTOR W/ DIODE BASE FROM YOU AND I NEED THE WIRE TO CONMECT THE DETECTOR TO THE CONTROL PANEL BUT DONT WHICH KIND OF WIRE THAT I NEED

    Fire regulations are very strict, but if you are connecting a smoke detector to an Intruder alarm control panel you could use the same 6 core cable, you have used on the Intruder Alarm.

     

    If you are fitting it as a Fire alarm you will need to follow the regs and fit fire cable. Hope this helps, but perhaps some of our forum members will also comment
