I have separate home automation system where i would like to integrate this. Can i do it with Receiver MCR-308 8-Output Wireless PowerCode Receiver? I mean if i have 4 door switches and and carbon oxcide detector and maybe some other then i can contact with 8 different sensors to my system? Does this unit include already relay to make conatact for 24VDC system? Can you provide such relay if its not included? How much its cost? Iam also looking for RFID system with single relay output 24VDC and some 8 tags. This would need to have about 1 m radius. Do you have such a device?

I am about to place an order for a Scantronic 9651EN-41 (9651 c/w 9941 rkp)with a remote keypad and tags etc. You do not seem to have a Scantronic external sounder. Are all the sounders you have of othr makes compatible with this control panel?

hi there can you please help asap i have got a pyronix bell box off you and a veritas alarm system i have installed it for my costumer and every thing works except when the alarm goes off the bell box does not the strobe works and when you take off the front of the bell box it stets off the alarm and works it self .

One of your Opal XL products was installed yesterday as a replacement . The new product switched on automatically in response to movement after dark but the lights remained on and would not then switch off automatically. 1 Is there a control device on the unit for managing the time that the lights are activated or can you suggest another solution please. 2 Do you have an installation schematic for the product ?

Hi, We have one of your door entry system at the front and back of our building. When our security night shift patrol the building, the buzzer system is linked to a remote Pager, which beeps when the entry buzzer is pushed. The make of The Beeper is Ascom and it has stopped working altogether. I need to add a new dvr to the system and 8 more cameras. I have chosen Visage TSDVRPRO - 2 16 channel with 500GB HDD. I want to go for this dvr so the customer will know how to use it - they use them now. 16 channel is just for future if customer decide to install more cameras. I would like to find out which HDD I should use to keep recording for 30 days. Customer have 6 existing cameras which will be connected to this dvr and I need to add 2 more. I need 2 dome cameras with wide view angle. They are going to be in the offices. I need 2 monitors. One of them will be in the server room with dvr and second one in the office. I need video multiplexer 16 channel which will bring video signals from dvrs in the server room (chosen cameras) to the second monitor in the office. I need 8x 12V 1A power supplies. I am interested to buy one of your \"Secware Basic Full Kit Accenta, 2x PIR, 2x Contact, 1xSAB\" honeywell kits and want to add at least one fire/smoke detector to it. Two questions, a) can this be done and what detector(s) should I use. The use is in an office so probably should look at heat and smoke but toast protection not needed of course! Could do with advice on what kind of detector as there seem to be a few different technologies (ionisation etc) and I\'ve no idea which to use. Hi I need a full system. The main building requires 9 zones and there is an outbuilding within 15 yards of the main building which has mains power and requires 2 zones. I believe that for the outbuilding I need a wireless expander as I do not want to fit wireless sensors. The main building is suitable for a wired setup.
