What is the price for the system and will you deliver it. i would like the fobs with it and the card to arm it and dis-arm it too, does this come with the kit? Hi there I am looking for a door access kit that has the capability to be PC based where users can be logged in and out when they enter or exit the building. Kind of like a clocking in and out. Where the problem of people holding the door open and people not swiping the card to register their clock in out. It needs to be capable of handling 200 people or more and control multiple doors, possibly a maximum of 20. I have taken a look at the paxton net2, but need more assurance as all we need for now is to control one door with 1 reader, em exit glass, and exit push with the capability to do the above. Without PC control. We have quite a lot of access works in the pipeline so is there a minimum order for this kit and do you hold accounts? Thanks,

I have an application where the customer has a wired system and wants a sensor put on a door but doesn't want a wire running across or in the wall. Is there a wireless door contact that can tx to a receiver that interfaces to the wired system ? Regards.

I was dismayed to learn that that my existing system (Accenta G4) does not provide a key switch zone (I had been reading G3 manual in error). It is important that I am able to set/unset/ clear alarm remotely. However, I note that a simple set reader/key fob SS/01 is available for the G4. Could this be wired somehow into the output of SD3 to allow system to be set/unset remotely? Many thanks

I just received my Visonic Tower PIR, and I'm nut quite sure it is operation correctly. I installed the PIR as per instructions, about 2,3 meters up and with an angle setting of 5. This should give me at least a +/- 10 meter 90 degrees coverage. While in test mode it already showed "blank" areas where detection failed, and fully operational it will erractically detect motion (I keep in minde the 2 minute reset period after initial motion detection). Sometimes it will only detect motion within a few inches, sometimes not at all. I would be grateful for advice in this matter. Regards,

Can you please tell me which fire detectors to install in a new house,they are to be connected to the fire zones on the Accenta G4 alarm system I bought from you previously.

I purchased a Veritas Excel panel with LCD keypad (order number 18090). On powering up the system for the first time, the keypad remains blank and does not display any text. The three LEDs on the side are lit and the keypad is illuminated and accepts key presses. Am I missing a configuration step somewhere or is the keypad/panel faulty?

I'm installing a stand alone door access system and need to know if I use a max reader, would I be able to operate this with the existing key fobs used to operate the intruder alarm max reader. The reader contolling the door would have no connection with intruder alarm system at all.

I have recently purchased a Menvier SD3 dialler from you to use with a Honeywell GD4 Accenta alarm system. My electrician has successfully configured the Accenta Alarm outputs to work correctly with the SD3 dialler (texting and calling fine), but is having some trouble workling out how to connect the SD3 outputs as required as the manual does not give a great deal of info. I understand that the outputs are open collector and therefore will need a suitable relay to provide a clean switch. Can you please recommend any particular relay modules (boards) for connection of the following outputs: 1 - To control heating system on/off 2 - Wired back to Accenta panel as Panic Alarm input trigger 3 - Wired back to Accenta panel as Set/Unset Key switch zone. 4 - Wired back to SD3 input as dial out for low temperature alert (does wiring back within SD3 panel still need a relay?)
