Hi Steve, The 9884 would be a direct replacement for what you already have, and as Ravis as said you can choose any bell box to work with that panel, I do agree that the AG6 is a very popular bell box, so again you could use your existing PIR's and just wire in the new panel and bell box, if you need to ask for any other information, please feel free. They are the Impaq plus with the built in contact as ordered. As we explained via our ticket system the packaging is exactly the same for the Impaq plus and the Impaq plus with built in contact. Hi Peter, I am afraid you are correct they no longer make or supply spares for that panel, when I spoke to their technical department about your problem it does sound like the PCB has gone faulty, but if you replace the panel either with the new Zircon/EN-4 or a similar 4 zone panel you should be able to use your existing detectors and call points, as they are all conventional, the only speech dailer that you could use is the Cooper SD3, this units voltage is 10.5-28vDC, I hope this has answered your queries ok Regards Elaine

Hi Neil, I have just spoken to ADE technical to see what they say about the noice, they said to turn the pot on the PCB to the middle position, but it is a loud volume anyway, and although it is not high tech if it is still to loud try packing out the sounder, this will help reduce the noice. Hi The Impaq & Impaq with built in contact are in exactly the same packaging. You will need to check the end of the box to find an additional sticker confirming that the model includes the contact. Please check the contents of your order again, if it is a pick error on the part of Security Warehouse we will of course rectify this for you at our cost, and as soon as possible as not to cause you any inconvenience.
