I have a security light with chime alarm.My plug in alarm has stopped working.It looks looks identical to your model TLRXC1. My alarm has the type No BQ-RF-PTC-RX-W, 433MHz stamped on the back. I wish to buy a replacement alarm, my question is, will your model TLRXC1 work as a replacement alarm?.

I have concept 6 alarm panel with a remote keypad that is starting to go faulty.do you have a compatible ADE keypad that I can replace it with.

Thanks for the replies! I hope my powermax+ is compatible with the siren since I bought the powermax+ kit including the msc-730 siren from you. I have not knowling changed any siren settings. How do you change the 2nd entry timers? How do you change the bell delays? (I can progam the unit through the CPU or PM+ remot programer)

Hello, I just received the LCD panel, but it seems not possible to change the language as described above. Is gives me only some software version information (See attached picture), not buttons work to change the language. Is there a other way to change the language or a different sequence that I have to follow?

I know that Pelco unit is now obsolete but unfortunately we have to find somewhere some stocks of these because these units are intended to be used within a CCTV system already based on this type of equipment. We are talking about a system (for Bucharest subway) that has about 1000 video cameras and 90 multiplexers and is very difficult to put few new units with other operating procedures.

I have some problems with my WL siren (MCS-730). I have enrolled it as siren 1. When I check signal strength (diagnostics) there is strong connection between the CPU and S1. The tamper alarm works, the tamper alarm is shown on the CPU and it is in state not ready until the siren is back to normal again. My system is a PowerMax+ UK 1.47. However the (external) siren does not react (no sound or strobe) when there is an alarm in the system. How could I fix this problem?

Hello. I'm after a low cost proximity tag / keyfob access control system. I need to control a single main door to the premises and have people "swipe" in and out (so a reader each side of the door). The system needs to know who is in the building so that a roll call can be generated in the event of a fire alarm. I believe the ACTpro series might be able to do this? I'm unsure though exactly which controller I'd need to go for as I don't want to spend more than necessary.

Hi, I have the ADE honeywell accenta mini gen 4 with LCD keypad and as second pad I have the Simple Set Reader.Can I buy the ADE Infomaer speech dialler and use it on this hardware? I also want to buy a 16ohm internal speaker. Now I have set 2 programms, 1 for in the day when we are going (every PIR is on) and 1 for night use (all PIRs are on downstars but upstairs they are off). Now my Simple Set REader is upstairs, how can I program it that only program2 for night is on when I go with the FOB on the pad? Thanks

Hi, My friend has gone away and has had a power cut. She has a Scantronic 9448+ alarm system. The front panel is 9427 style. We can not reconnect her power as the alarm keeps sounding off. How do we re set her alarm in order to turn her power back on?

I want to replace a white plastic audio handset in my hallway which controls outside gates. I have called BPT and they have told me that the replacement in their range is the Lynea YC200. However this does not look good. Ideally i am looking for some "stainless steel" finish or something a bit more modern.I do not want to replace the complete system. In some reason dialer installed at customer site is not working properly. Condition of test I did: 1) Dialler installed next to Master BT socket 2) Line is connected to "Line A" and "Line B" on the dialler 3) BT socket connected to "Tel A" and "Tel B" on the dialler 4) All devices disconnected from BT socket (eg Telephones, Card Payments Machines, Routers) After alarm is triggered I get the below in random order: 1) Sometimes I receive phone call from dialer and there is just silent for about 60sec 2) Sometimes is just message to press confirmation code. Without main recorded message. 3) Sometimes there is silence for about 15-20sec and than I hear My recorded message and message to press confirmation code. Than I press the code, hear the long beep sound and line disconnect. No more redials. 4) Same as above but when you press confirmation code and even that you hear long beep you still get another phone call with same message. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong or where the fault could be? If only 3) would appear than I could live with that.

I purchased a Powermax plus alarm system from yourselves 3.5 years ago. Has been working fine, but I seem to have lost the Master User code, I did change them from the default. It has been working perfectly but I now need to remove a sensor from the system. How can I reset the codes. I tried the jumper reset but this had no effect.

iam looking to buy a 800l control panel but i have noticed that they are sold out any chance if you are going to restock them

I am interested in the wireless detectors for my home. (outdoor) Blueline PIR Detector We live on a very large property with three large dogs in the garden. 2.What I would like to do is divide the property into 4 security zones which can be armed and disarmed independently. I was thinking of placing about 4 or 5 detectors in each zone. Could you make any suggestions? Do you think that the above detector will be right for me? Next, I would like to hear your opinion about the receivers and/or control panel that I would need? The control panel (alarm system) should be armed and disarmed by using a remote control. My other concern is that we often experience power cuts, therefore I would need a control panel that runs on power but also has a rechargable back up battery that will run the alarm system when we experience power shortages.Also, I would need a siren that preferrably has a light with it (althought the light is not a major concern) and that can run on a back up battery as well. These detectors will be used outdoors. Please could you make any suggestions? ?The basic concerns are that the alarm system/control panel/receiver can run on a battery as we have power shortages. ?The detectors should be outdoor and pet friendly. ?Separation of detectors into 4 independent zones. ?controlled by remote control I am looking forward to your reply.

I am looking to upgrade the security at one of our premises using a Net enabled alarm and CCTV system I note one option is the new Honeywell alarm system in the Galaxy range , assuming you cover it, could you pl update the costs for the model called Galaxy Flex. Also wanted to know if you have option to connect outdoor IR Sensor at the perimeter, to these alarm system. My local engineer told me that I-on 40 that you offer can be connected to these systems, eg BX-80N or NR model from OPTEX. Can this also be connected to galaxy model eg dimension flex etc
