  1. It does come with the software etc but as I say it's a pro product not a diy panel
  2. Sounds like a tamper problem on the unit or the cable.
  3. I'd say not. It's not a diy system. Your installer will advise on their preferred kit
  4. Most Texecom wireless is tied to their system. Texecom don't do a standalone rx
  5. It may have a locked code. If so will need a new board. Id contact another local installer but go for an approved firm that have been about a while
  6. Id use the Honeywell viper certainly not an impaq. For that size id recommend a galaxy panel g2 or 3 depending on client requirements'
  7. I'd link out your pa, sounds like an issue with that. Plus the en version of the 9651 does need user authority for engineer access
  8. If you have power at the detectors id recommend the Honeywell viper
  9. Those detectors need an analyser. You are using a panel that does?
  10. Ideally should be avoided but yes ur right Imo it's not an issue. If you can though do
  11. Ideally should face away from windows
  12. Yes it's a switched neg
  13. No you cannot set any system to autodial the police without a urn.
  14. You could use a relay to convert.
  15. You don't need eol on an accenta as that's a double pole panel
  16. Spi key will only help for fw upgrades and board replacement
  17. Eu vat will be dealt with accounts. You can connect via rs232, ethernet or 485 but you will need the rss software
  18. But yes can be programmed from the keypad
  19. No it will need a full program and the software isn't free
  20. When you same fitting do you mean the bracket or connections
  21. Our products are not designed for diy use. They are professional products.
  22. Most monitoring requires a subscription service
  23. Iirc the panel needs to connect to a 3rd party monitoring station. Some panels work the way you want but I don't know of any that run on a mac
