  3. If its just basic audible only then i would use an optima compact and say an ag6 sounder?
  4. No. Assuming you are using a gsm module
  5. I have confirmed yes there should be a cable supplied
  6. I did think the cable was, ill confirm though
  7. It is battery powered
  8. I'm sorry none of our equipment is designed for diy use, its professional equipment
  9. I don't understand your question?
  10. You can use ip cameras and poe or and and baluns for hi def.
  11. No the cp8l does not support tag I would suggest an upgrade after 10 years Pir wise i like the Honeywell or hkc Wireless requires a hybrid panel Again look at the hkc best wireless Imo or the honeywell Both panels support apps too
  12. What system do you currently have? You can't add a contact to an m12
  13. You can series up the reed and the relay to work down a 6core
  14. I'm sorry this forum won't supply engineer manuals publicly.
  15. You can get a plastic panel with a built in module, or a keypad with the rf tranciever built in or a separate module
  16. You need to go into the manager menu to change user codes. You can only change the engineer code from engineer menu
  17. I do t have the info bit if suspect the data would be damaged if power is connected to it.
  18. I'd go with one of these https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/menvier-m12-4-in-1-smoke-detector-for-intruder-alarm-p-638.html
  19. It's difficult. In theory it should be ok and I have one myself without a false alarm yet. The only way to be sure is to only arm perimeter protection and disarm the movement sensors
  20. A volt meter does not prove the battery. You need to put it under load and take the reading again. If the battery is 11 years old id be amazed if it ok. Plus its possible that it has damaged the panel. Batterys must be changed before they fail
  21. We will pass that on, its always nice to hear, ty
  22. Both units need the relevant controller. But the voltek unit isn't wide angle not sure of your requirements
  23. 1. The 20 will suffice but the 50 will give you more flexability 2. You will need to add a wireless portal to the system 3. You will need to add an IP device then setup the app etc
