  1. There should be a device listed as well showing which one or ones are in low battery. You can also check from the engineer menu on a per device basis
  2. Have a look in the event log to start with. Post what's in there.
  3. The higher the grade the higher the security level. If you don't need wireless bells I'd look at the galaxy with portal
  4. Both have good wireless options but id be wary of anyone giving away apps for free etc. These things do cost to run and often the free ones have less reliability.
  5. Do our members want a new product review? I have a few ideas but you know best, let me know on pm or post
  6. Have you enabled any squark options? If not I'd default by a clean start and re add just the bell
  7. Yes, but we are a trade supplier. You should ask your installer what equipment they prefer etc
  8. Yes but any double pole panel would be OK, ie honeywell accenta
  9. I must admit nor me. If the fuse is in tact I'd check the trace. If you meter on other ground etc do you get a reading. I cant recall but are these power connectors on plug on blocks?
  10. No I'm looking at the resistance reading if the fuse itself. You have either a fuse related issue I think
  11. I'd be looking at the fuse for that then. Did you take a reading or just use the beep function on that fuse?
  12. OK. Check 12v is available on the panel keypad connections. If so I would use your meter to check the cable continuity
  13. id shorten the conducters you have a high risk of shorts from the images provided. regarding the keypad never connect direct to the battery as there is no fuse protection. I would check your 12v out from the keypad connection in the panel, id assume a fuse has blown regarding the sensors. Be best to start a seperate topic per issue to save it becoming muddled
  14. Check circuit time is final and what is the entry time set up. Also what is logged when this occurs its the circuit type that will be set as finel the area setting mode will be timed it isnt programmable iirc it should be a tamper it should do that to comply but you can change it in system displays Intruder
  15. It does sound like there is an issue with either the keypad or the panel then unfortunatly
  16. I'd first look at range and or interference. What happened locally in the build up to the fault. Also have you tried temporarily relocating the keypad and power cycling
  17. cant see an option in the manual. Have you tried holding the d key down to program the key[pad option. This works on external 485 keypads
  18. Unsure of model number here but generally most cameras will require a power supply adapter, usually 12v
  19. The only things that can send emails are the Vanderbilt panels. But they are ethernet not gsm without modules. Another option is to use an 'proper' communicator and get the arc to send the emails. If emails are just for logging purposes?
