It depends really on what its transmitting to?. I would normally use a HKC but thats for a HKC receiver. You have to match transmitter and receiver types etc

Your maintainer is best to advise. Brown/white/grey etc are all the same detector in different housings. Assuming you have an analysed panel then yes they can be swapped.

Lots grade 3 is designed as a product standard but it's mainly part of a system standard. While a grade 3 product is better than a grade 2 product there is little between them. Yes a grade 3 product is better than a grade 2 but the system design is more important than just product choice based on grade. There is grade 3 compliant equipment I would never use on a. Install. Does that help?

I would like to install a burglar alarm in a clients workshops! They already have Hikvision cctv system and proximity alarms and electronic gate which are the better alarms. I was looking at Pyronix or Ajax but I saw a comment from your store on a forum saying Pyronix were a little limiting are Texecom better Ajax are more expensive!!! Please give advise!

Assuming its not a locked unit (some installers have their own freq and firmware and its le sucre based then the peripherals should be ok. Id check with the installer first or check the models etc

No the solitaire is a built in controller and remote, whereas the digizone is just a remote. How is it cabled? ie where are the cables currently run

looks like that is a splitter so id connect direct onto one camera. see if that is still affected, if not you have identified the fault. If so connect to another camera

id say thats a 485 distribution unit im assuming the left block is the camera 485 feeds? then on the right power and keyboard?

thanks for all the enquiries from members on our ticket system A little more information as this has now been on the BBC website https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/business-52479043/will-thermal-cameras-help-to-end-the-lockdown thanks Phil Also id expect more in the news as the country looks to ease lockdown and prevent staff and customers. I wonder if this tech will be used in nurseries and schools etc?

no there is an IO board not sure if its included in all the kits, but it has the 2 inputs you want. However you going to use one of them for the SABT so you cant connect 2 PIR's and a SAB was my point
