Hello, My order number is 17349. The order is stalled and the status is as follows - Anti fraud measure, billing details submitted do not appear to tally with those held by your card issuer. I entered the details on my credit card into your system when I placed my order. I am located in Ireland and so I do not have a postcode. I entered the County in which I live in the postcode field when registering on the website because you have to fill in that field to be able to register on the site. Iv'e made it with a PIR and all was working well in the workshop and didn't realise that PIR's don't work through glass. Just fitted a Honeywell 8012 dual tech, on detector walk test I only see green light no yellow, it does seem to be a brighter green some times but never yellow. It does work ok at panel. I assume the led is a single colour changing and only shows one colour at a time.

I used the Honeywell Activ8 PIR in an installation in a house where they have a cat. I have set the tolerance to 15kg and pulse to medium (jumper link between 2 and 3) There have been a few false alarms in different rooms and none of the sensors face a window or stairs, there are chairs and sofas though. I have changed the sensors to the highest tolerance yesterday - 25kg and fitted the jumper link between 3 and 4. Which I wouldn't think is necessary for a cat. Is there anything i may have missed that caused that problem? I don't know yet whether the change I made is good yet as i've only done it yesterday. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I am looking to install an outdoor alarm system (pre-alarm with video surveillance), with integrated cameras for a video surveillance system to follow the images. Would you recommend the watchout (I believe it is now available in 869MHz and with an integrated camera providing 6 images in case of detection)? What kind of Alarm system would you recommend to work in an hybid (wireless, cable) format, including video image transmission? The problem is that I did not create any account with paypal, I just choose to use 'Express checkout'. Which does not use any paypal account.
