I need to return an item, how do I do this? Returning items to security warehouse is simple. All you need is an RMA number from technical support. Login to our ticket system and request an RMA. Please include the reason for the return on the RMA ticket. How long will it take for my return to be processed? We aim to process returns with 4 working days. Your support ticket and order will be updated throughout this process. However if items are returned without an RMA number then this takes us considerable time to rectify. I am creating this sticky due to some of the responses made on the support forum. When using paypal for payment method we can only accept paypal accounts that are verified and confirmed (UK orders) This is the same as checking the address on a credit card, but these 2 systems (ie verfied and confirmed) are the only way that paypal allow us to check. We cannot stop the system automatically processing unverfied paypal accounts, and if using paypal for a first order, and having an unverfied paypal account, your order will be stalled. Hi guys, I am new here. I wanted to ask you guys, about upgrading firmware for my Galaxy Dimension 520. Currently it has got 6.7. I would like to upgrade it to 6.93 (or latest). The product that's on offer here, Honeywell Galaxy Dimension SPI Key GD520, with the firmware; is it all that i need for this? Hi I am looking to install a burglar alarm but I am having difficulty finding what I need. I Have a cat but I guess the pet friendly pirs are a bit unreliable so perimeter on ground floor. So heres what I need 3 x door contacts 2 x PIRs Siren control panel. I want to control it with an app on my smartphone. I have most of the wires in place so want a hard wired or hybrid alarm. I would consider a camera but am wary of it being hacked. Any advise on a suitable system? lee cee dee

hiya, have tried contacting for a returns RMA via email a few times but havent heard back. should i just return for a full refund without an RMA? ive reordered under a different order. the original order was number # 12844 and i then reordered under # 12988 and bank transferred the money yesterday for that for new sensors and a plastic panel. i am returning 5 of the incorrectly supplied CSD-2(listed as CSD1 on invoice and on website diagram and description) , 4 of the FHD-1,and the incorrectly supplied metal panel many thanks again for your help. i appreciate a response as the box has to be sent this week for a refund i need the money.

have never used this item before, i purchased two as the cost is very very good, easy to use and no messsing around to install at all, on the face of it i was happy .....untill i programmed the first one up... and it dosent work, changed it forthe second one.. still no good took them to another location without a broudband connection ( in case this was causing a fault) still no good, spoke to the manufacturer and they cant help as he says i have done everything correctly??? surely two units cant both be faulty.. im dissapointed in the product for a first trial its not looking good. has anyone else had any experience with these dialers? i really dont want to order a differ…

Hi! I have bought a PowerMax Complete, but I cant get the GSM-module to work. It wont call or sent an SMS when the alarm is activated. In menu 4.5 "Difine comm" diffined tha area code, "1st private tel" and "1st sms tel" I dont have the menu 4.6 "Define GSM" - can anyone tell what to do? I have tried powering down, taking out the GSM module, powering up, powering down again inserting the GSM module again and powering up. But it still wont work. I have tried with 2 different sim-cards fro 2 different companys, but it still wont sent anything If I push the button "OK" 2 times it says "RSSI GOOD" or "RSSI STRONG"

I am struggling to contact the customer service and it has been more than a week I have been updating my ticket dily without any answer from the customer support. I bought a product and I suspect there might be an issue with the product, customer service have asked me to contact the manufacturer for the same. I believe securitywarehouse should be responsible to sort the faulty product with the manufacturer and not me. I have even told that I didnt like the product I want to return it back within 14 days of the purchase but they are not responding now even after me requesting the answer on the daily basis. Second time I've had to return an item that is faulty I know this is not you fault, but you make the whole return process absolute agony..five days bouncing messages back to the pathetic helpdesk ticket system and I've been told to return it for a replacement at my cost WHY COULD YOU NOT SAY THIS ON DAY ONE!!!! ...I think I'll have to start going back to the wholesalers little bit more expensive but at least when kit goes wrong you get a replacement straight away with know stress busting hours sent tapping on a laptop...

Don't know what model I have but perhaps the photos allows someone to assist ? Suspect personally the handset microphone is the issue as we cannot hear from the house at the outside front door panel. Any suggestions as to what unit I have and what I should try to solve this , short of paying someone to say it is broken and sell me another unit, of course.

hi, recieved my Order today while applying power to the panel and connected the battery smoke started to come out the panel.. so i switched it off and contacted an alarm installer and told me the panel is faulty! while doing this the fuse for the battery burnt out! the battery is fine and just need the panel and keypad changed! thanks! the order number is #19740

Good Day! I have purchased the wintex software and I got the download link to get it. However whenever I tried the download the file I get is corrupted. I used Windows XP, Linux, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome - tried unzipping, repairing the archive and all. Kindly fix this issue as it seems that the archive you have on your server is broken. I put an order on Friday February 20th 2015, paying with credit card via a form managed by PayPal. On Monday 23Th the order was stalled because of an internal (to the company) anti-fraud policy. This policy states that the do not ship goods when the transaction has been made via a non verified paypal account. Note that I did not use any PayPal account to fulfill the payment, but just the paypal credit card payment system. I was advised to open a support ticket, which I did.
