  1. That part is available speratly on the website. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=92
  2. Yes you can do it either using the structured cabling only or via IP. Depending on the application
  3. It depends on your system. There are various modules that fit in that enclosure, you will need to know its model number
  4. The voice panel is a seperate part. ie you will need a whole voice panel not just the mic.
  5. The current required by the smart is minimal so your main concern will be the lock. But any 12v PSU will be fine. Id recommend the elmdene units. ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=606
  6. the voltek unit is a switcher only. YOu can link multiple switchers together etc But you will need a voltek PIR to trigger it. That way all the lights wired to the switcher will work together. But be sure not to overload the switcher. ie 2300W. (tungsten)
  7. Yes there is a single button on the fron of the watch.
  8. If the sensor is transmitting correctly then id assume its a programming issue. If the tamper isnt activating then it isnt learned intp the panel.
  9. When the range is in stock and available ill let you know. James and no it wont cost an arm and a leg
  10. If its an old R8 it wont accept LCD keypads. Only the excel and later R8+'s will accept LCD
  11. ANy of the detectors offering form c relay (ie Normally Closed loops) Pretty much any detector has this as std.
  12. Depends on the panel and programming.
  13. Conventionally you would join the returns from one tamper pair to the feed of the next. You shouldnt need to build a series junction box etc. It is one way of doing it however.
  14. YOu might need the manaul for the switcher you have. What switcher / controller is it connected to?
  15. We are awaiting stock of a new product range that will be ideal, id probably wait for that, but in the mean time id recommend an act 5 prox. James
  16. I dont know that brand im afraid. You could fit a response pager to it, but i would suggest you contact the installer and or maintainer. If you let us know the area, im sure someone here can offer their services.
  17. The esp is a cheaper unit. I would say they are of a similar quality but the is215 has better catch performance.
  18. That PIR wont work on your existing receiever. You will either need a newer reciever or a powermax plus control panel. Id be concerned using any movement sensor in an area with high animal movement. To a point it will be function, but any movement detector will false alarm occasionally in that environment. You might be better of looking at the optex units or active beams.
  19. The dialler will dial the preset numbers on alarm. If you want individual notification of the circuits you want to use something different to a std dialler.
  20. The 9651 41 & 43 already has. I have asked for a break on the is215t. This has now been done.
