I have many ACTpro 100e devices connected to ACT Win Pro Software. This occurs in several places in Greece. How can I connect all ACTpro 100e devices->to local ACT Win PRO Software. and all these places to be controlled from a central location throught the web?. Explanation: Suppose you have an administrator software in one location, for all different cities in Greece. This administrator software must control through the WEB all ACT WIN Pro(s) (which 100e are connected with RS485) in all different cities. Which is the administrator software I can use? I recently received and installed a new videx 3011 handset, which i had ordered from yourselves. Everything on the handset seems to be working fine apart from the buzzer. Whenever someone hits the buzzer button downstairs, my handset just seems to make a faint clicking noise instead of buzzing. Is this a fault with the handset or a fault with the way i've wired it up?

Hello. I'm after a low cost proximity tag / keyfob access control system. I need to control a single main door to the premises and have people "swipe" in and out (so a reader each side of the door). The system needs to know who is in the building so that a roll call can be generated in the event of a fire alarm. I believe the ACTpro series might be able to do this? I'm unsure though exactly which controller I'd need to go for as I don't want to spend more than necessary.

I want to replace a white plastic audio handset in my hallway which controls outside gates. I have called BPT and they have told me that the replacement in their range is the Lynea YC200. However this does not look good. Ideally i am looking for some "stainless steel" finish or something a bit more modern.I do not want to replace the complete system. Is there a handset or panel that is more modern that is compatible with the BPT system?

I have a playcentre which has the Videx ART836M external unit and two internal phones. The ambient noise within the playcentre is loud therefore the external call cannot be heard and we are losing business, as people cannot gain access to the centre. I would like to add two internal sounders (one beside each handset to boost the call signal when the external button is pressed, in addition when we pick up the internal phones the reception to external is poor. Please advise as soon as possible.

we are currently experiencing a fault with the outside video door entry system the buzzer work the picture is working too, however when it's activated we seemed to be getting a loud feedback noise outside only I have changed the outside video system but are still having the same problem.

I have a faulty act 2000 controller board on door 1. I have swapped the door inputs to circuit 2 but the door pass reader does not register teh card being used. Does the second circuit need configuring on the main system? If I replace with a new board, is it just plug and play or does the system need to be cnfigured to accept the new board?

We are looking into replacing our paxton key fobs with an entry card so we can print picture ID's onto them. Could we use something like the Paxton CARDLOCK extra User Card with our Net2 system, and if not is there a cheap alternative. I believe our readers are PROXIMITY P50 readers

I need a Videx CESVK-1-eclipse intercom but with built in keypad? As the picture on your website does not show a keypad i wondered if this was possible.

Hello. My BPT A/200N (number 61404810) has one internal phone wired to the intercom located next to the gate to our property (single dwelling). I want to add one additional internal phone in another room of the dwelling (three phones are possible). BUT: I cannot run wires for this new phone back to the BPT A/200N powwer supply unit.
