[Ticket Question] Help Choosing Access Control System

We have been asked to quote for installing the following system at 2 x sites. ( one with 4 x flats & 1 with 3 x flats).

Installation of access control systems to all flats and main entrances.

 

Paxton Switch 2 controller unit in vandal proof housing 1no. controller unit to be installed in a secure/secluded location at each of the sites.

Power supply unit ? 12v DC power unit in steel case PROXIMITY vandal proof reader 1no. reader to be securely located at each flat entrance and the main

entrance door at each site.

Site 1? 4no. flats + 1no. main entrance: Total 5no.

Site 2 ? 3no. flats + 1no. main entrance: Total 4no.

Electric latch ? 12v Fail open release kit

1no. latch to be securely located at each flat entrance and the main entrance door, at each site. Spec of unit to be suitable for intended use and appropriate for level of traffic.9 in total.

 

Electric latch ? 12v Fail open release kit - x 9

Cable ? 10 core reader cable

PROXIMITY encoding system ? on site and remote - 3 x

Encoding system to be supplied in order that Key fobs may be re-programmed both on site and remotely from an off-site office location.

The system is to be installed at each site so that each keyfob allows access through the main entrance door and into 1no. flat only. Each key fob to be

re-programmable to prevent unauthorised entry following end of tenancy.

 

PROXIMITY key fobs ? pack of 100

100 key fobs to be provided to cover both sites and all 7 flats - 4no.
