dear sir have just instoled a single door access control keypad with with a remote exit switch ,i have a problem wit h programing the key pad ,i have followed the instuction but with no sucees the remote exit switch works fine

hi the button on my videx unit has broken and i see there is three diferant ones on line with just one button, whats the differance / would the videx ac 800 be ok. i only have one standered phone inside withe the gate releace on it

We are electrical contractors,we have a site that contains an existing videx entry system(looks approx 5 10 years old)we've been asked to add an additional audio entry phone. can we simply cable from the existing handset to a new one? We think the intercom phone serial no is VX Smart LC631/03

Please advise me of the cost and availability asap. Note it would be useful to have the vandal resistant external 4 button entry point.

I have a btp device on my front gate which is designed to ring inside the house and then allow voice contact between any of three interior stations and the gate. There is then a system to open the gate and allow access to the person ringing the bell. Over time, ants, water and sun have damaged the external part and I would like to buy a replacement. there is a number on the back of the interior unit: 32009597 and then E/220. Is it possible to identify the device from these? If not where would I find the right nunber?

Hi, We have one of your door entry system at the front and back of our building. When our security night shift patrol the building, the buzzer system is linked to a remote Pager, which beeps when the entry buzzer is pushed. The make of The Beeper is Ascom and it has stopped working altogether. Can you please advise me where I can order another one from and if I order another one will the link still be there between the front door and the new beeper? can you advise please? we have had security gates fitted 200mtrs from the farm house, 4 core amoured cable plus a bt wire for the phone, the quote for the work done was for integral phones, plus an external bell to enable us to hear people at the entrance!when we are about the farm,so far the fitters have been unable to get a bell to work due to the fact they tell me its 12 volts from the bt line and the distance away won\\\'t power a bell?? can you help me please.

I am interested in buying an ACT 5 proximity reader for door control and was wondering whether the fob of my scantronic 9651 with 9943 keypad would work with this. This would mean I would only have to carry the one fob to open the door and set/reset the alarm. According to page 28 of the 9651 installation manual "You can use any industry standard ISO tag or card with the 9943 keypad" so I would guess the ACT and scantronic fobs are compatible but wondered whether you could confirm this please.

Please could you advise if the targha BPT audio intercom with keypad system would work with any electromagnetic lock and exit button device? Also, I am rather ignorant on these systems, is the double electromagnetic systems shown on your website used for double doors? If so, we have a leading gate for pedestrians if the non leading gate is held by a ground bolt will this work? Thanks

I have a faulty door entry phone which is in a office. The phone is a BPT AS E/200 and need a replacement.What units are a compatible replacement.

Hallo, I was interested in the above device. I was needing a relay that would be voltage sensitive switch. Basically I have some electric gates that will have lead acid battery backup. I want to set the system so that if the power goes off and the voltage drops below say 10v, I can use a relay trigger to open the gates and hold them open. Can the voltage trigger on this relay be set to a specific voltage in this way?

My elderly mother lives in a sheltered accomodation flat link to a mutiple door phone call and entry system The phone and entry system in her flat is near the front door and a long walk ( for her ) from the lounge Is a remote control possible that she could have near her in the lounge and whart would happen to the current one which she wants to keep Or is there another alternative please She has recently had a fall and getting up fom the lounge etc is a problem
