I purchased a Aritech 4 zone analyser from your company to find it does not work correctly i.e you can bang on the window HARD around 20 times and the analyser will only just trigger and that is on max sensitivity. 2nd i never got instructions with the unit just wiring diagram and also your advert on your website tells you so many things that this unit will do but clearly it wont like pulse count adjustment and LED indicator. The only unit which does all this is the single channel GS615 which i have used for 15 years. Can you please tell me where we are to go from here as i need a working system and you seem to be the only people who sell 4 zone. Could some on…

I am interested in purchasing the Honeywell galaxy flex FX020 with a Mk7 keypad but have a few questions first. 1. Is the Honeywell reson8 bell box compatible with the above panel? 2. Is the Honeywell AG3 bell box compatible with the above panel? 3. Does the alarm panel come with the 680 ohm resistors for EOL wiring to the keypads? 4. Does the alarm panel come with the 1k and 2k resistors for double balanced wiring to the PIRs? 5. Does the rio zone expander come with the necessary resistors like the main panel for the additional zones? 6. Does the rio zone expander get its power from the main panel? 7. Can both the gsm/GPRS module and the Ethernet module both fi…

We have an old Scantronic 500r. Reading the specs for an additional PIR (534r) and Vibe sensor (520r) suggests different possible frequencies. I understand the UK is 433 MHz, but the spec for the 534r shows "520REUR-50" as the model number. Given other info on your website I'm worried that the "EUR" and "UK" models are different frequencies. How ca nI check what ours operates at and can we specify that when ordering?

I have a question regarding one of the configuration settings on the NEXT PG2 The 'Disarm Activity' setting has a number of options including: Not Active, Yes-No Delay, Yes + 5s delay...etc I am confused about the 'delay' setting. What does the 'delay' value relate to, i.e. the delay between what and what? Also, in what type of scenario would the device be configured to be 'Yes + 30s delay' for example.

Hi there, I have a Yale Smartphone alarm system which works fine. I also have some extra CCTV cameras looking out the front and back of my house. I spend a lot of time working away and the house is fairly remote. I really want to be able to trigger a siren if I see someone snooping around the property at night, and I dont want to wait until someone has actually broken in! I use powerswitches that can be activated through my smartphone to turn on anything plugged in - lights etc (Yale Easy Fit Power Switch For Easy Fit). What I would like to do is plug in a very loud siren that can then be activated through my smartphone via one of these switches. Would any of the Klax…
