We have an old Scantronic 500r. Reading the specs for an additional PIR (534r) and Vibe sensor (520r) suggests different possible frequencies. I understand the UK is 433 MHz, but the spec for the 534r shows "520REUR-50" as the model number. Given other info on your website I'm worried that the "EUR" and "UK" models are different frequencies.

How ca nI check what ours operates at and can we specify that when ordering?
