I have a btp device on my front gate which is designed to ring inside the house and then allow voice contact between any of three interior stations and the gate. There is then a system to open the gate and allow access to the person ringing the bell.

 

Over time, ants, water and sun have damaged the external part and I would like to buy a replacement.

there is a number on the back of the interior unit: 32009597 and then E/220.

 

Is it possible to identify the device from these? If not where would I find the right nunber?
