Do you stock the 9135110E and 9135331E 1 button intercom and rain cover from 2N? If so, how much are they?!

We have a Videx 3312 Videophone Monitor can we use a VIDEX 901 Door Entry Monitor Intercom / Videophone GWO instead, does it have the same plug in capability or would there be re-wiring involved

As a property developer I'm looking to install a Videx 4 button surface mounted door entry with 4 no handsets and a main entrance electronic door release catch/plate. Please advise me of the cost and availability asap. Note it would be useful to have the vandal resistant external 4 button entry point.

A customer of ours has purchased a Videx 837-1 unit recently following the failure of the microphone in the Videx gate unit which turned out to be an 836-1. Is it possible to use this 837-1 unit as a replacement for the 836-1 or can you supply an 836-1, or compatible, unit.

I need to replace a videx front station, that appears to be the one button audio + code lock, and need to expand the system to a 2nd entrance, I saw a 2 door controlleer on your site, but that said it was for prox tags.. can you advise what component parts I require.. I assume the controller has clean contact relays for use with maglocks and aux PSU..

I need a Videx CESVK-1-eclipse intercom but with built in keypad? As the picture on your website does not show a keypad i wondered if this was possible.

please could you help me with a wiring question. I have puchases a 3021a handset which replaces an old creeam coloured videx vx handset. The old handset had 5 connected points at 1,2,5,6 and 7. Before disconnecting I labelled the wires, removed the handset and re-connected at the same points but I have noticed there is no connection 7 on the 3021a model. The new model has connection points 4,6,2,1,3,5,9,8 but no point 7? So now I have an unconnected wire. Could you please provide some help on this.

I have a btp device on my front gate which is designed to ring inside the house and then allow voice contact between any of three interior stations and the gate. There is then a system to open the gate and allow access to the person ringing the bell. Over time, ants, water and sun have damaged the external part and I would like to buy a replacement. there is a number on the back of the interior unit: 32009597 and then E/220. Is it possible to identify the device from these? If not where would I find the right nunber?

Hello. I am enquiring about the Videx 3011 handset. I am wondering if this handset is suitable for all Videx door entry systems? I am an NHS Occupational Therapist working in North London and have a patient who needs an extension of her current system as she is unable to reach the handset already in her flat. My elderly mother lives in a sheltered accomodation flat link to a mutiple door phone call and entry system The phone and entry system in her flat is near the front door and a long walk ( for her ) from the lounge Is a remote control possible that she could have near her in the lounge and whart would happen to the current one which she wants to keep Or is there another alternative please She has recently had a fall and getting up fom the lounge etc is a problem

Hello. I'm after a low cost proximity tag / keyfob access control system. I need to control a single main door to the premises and have people "swipe" in and out (so a reader each side of the door). The system needs to know who is in the building so that a roll call can be generated in the event of a fire alarm. I believe the ACTpro series might be able to do this? I'm unsure though exactly which controller I'd need to go for as I don't want to spend more than necessary.

Recently our gate has been having troubles with the panel that allows access. We have what I believe to be a Videx Housing with two supplied panels, speaker and keypad. I've looked for the same models however they seem to be absolute/discontinued therefore I was looking for recommendations on viable replacements as I know nothing about these type of units. can you advise please? we have had security gates fitted 200mtrs from the farm house, 4 core amoured cable plus a bt wire for the phone, the quote for the work done was for integral phones, plus an external bell to enable us to hear people at the entrance!when we are about the farm,so far the fitters have been unable to get a bell to work due to the fact they tell me its 12 volts from the bt line and the distance away won\\\'t power a bell?? can you help me please.
