Intruder Alarms

Hi. I'm after some advice regarding wiring a pyronix belle box to an optima xm alarm panel ,basically which wire go where. Thanking you in anticipation.

I am contacting you regarding this product because we have the same products in our house they work superb and I was hammering something in behing one of the sensors and it now just shows up on the alarm system as fault on landing so can you give us any suggestions as to what to do ? Thank you

I purchased 2 M12 smoke detectors from you, which I wish to use with the Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 security system. The engineers manual shows 2 wires, to a smoke detector with a relay base for output to intruder system. On the M12 do I use the 0v +12v terminals or the fire zone?

I have a speech-box with my powermax pro. No problem. But I just want to hear the internal speech-box speaker. Not the control-panel speaker that I don't want to hear. How to have only the speech-box sound ?

Hi, I have just finished fitting a Honeywell Accenta Mini G4 with LCD control panel system to my house. I have got to the point of powering the system up and setting it up. The manual says "check that the factory fitted links are connected to the terminals PA, TAMP and T-A. I have fitted it to PA, the TAMP connections are being used for the other sensors on the system, and the T-A terminals are wired to the Bell Box. I then connect the mains power and the battery. The manual says there should be an audible indication, which there is. The 'power' light on the G4 main unit illuminates. The LCD keypad lights up and displays "Accenta G4 RKP F131-01-111". hi. this dialler has been on site for a few months. originally we had a pay as you go sim card in and all worked ok. for ease for the customer we have replaced this with a contract sim card. i have checked the sim in a phone and all working fine however the dialleer will not see the sim card. i have spoken to jgd. who have advised mE. still the unit will not see the new sim

Which battery do i need to order?

I have a Menvier TS690id system and am after another keypad and ID chips. The panel will accept the ID plus chips. Do you stock a keypad that will work with this panel and do you still have id biscuits in stock. Also will your proximity tag readers be compatible with the netled/netlcd keypads already fitted as an upgrade and any new keypad you can supply for the system, if not fitted into the keypad.

I am interested in a small home alarm with following function: Hybrid base unit with backup battery and communicator that can send alarm to my cellphone trough GSM mobile phone network, working in Sweden. Remote keypad Tag to set or disarm the alarm I have looked at Honeywell flex and ionEX and Microtech Galaxy 2-44 Comms C/W Keypad but I do not understand if GSM are integrated or if I have to buy it separately?

I have decided to upgrade my old PIRs, I have looked at the honeywell range but I think they are to big at 90mm long. Could you suggest a nice neat small pir that is not to intrusive for domestic use and of a good make. Is there a suitable pir for use in a conservorty.

Hi, I had a CP8L alarm previously installed in my house. The control panel became faulty so I decided to replace it with a more adaptable CPX control panel. I had read that the RKPs for the CP8L were compatible wth the CPX control panel. However, when I connect up one of the RKPs to the new CPX control panel it simply shows a back light and nothing else. The RKPs were working fine with the CP8L and I have connected both of them directly to the CPX with a short cable (with nothing else connected and with all devices connected), to no avail.
