January 17, 201214 yr hi. this dialler has been on site for a few months. originally we had a pay as you go sim card in and all worked ok. for ease for the customer we have replaced this with a contract sim card. i have checked the sim in a phone and all working fine however the dialleer will not see the sim card. i have spoken to jgd. who have advised mE. still the unit will not see the new sim
February 2, 201214 yr If you put the old sim back in does the unit see that. You dont have a sim lock on the sim?
