  1. We recently purchased a system which includes 2 x Pyronix Deltabell and a honeywell ADE GEN4 metal system. When reading the Pyronix data sheet it states that the bell trigger to the Deltabell must not be in paralled ( ie from one output ) two outputs must be used. The problem is I dont think the GEN 4 panel has a second bell output terminal, or have i missed it? As the deltabell is class 3 we have to install a resistor (4k7) from the +ve to the bell trigger ( to give it aprox 2v or above during normal mode ). With one deltabell this works fine. How should I connect the other deltabell? would a solution be to install a 2K resistor in place of the 4K7 and set both bells t…

Accenta G4 mini from you. Connected it up and fully tested including under alarm conditions. Last week I had an alarm activation which worked fine BUT the strobe will not reset. Thinking I had a faulty siren I bought a Honeywell ActiveGuard AG3 from you. I powered down the panel and connected the new siren. Repowered and the strobe was immediately flashing and still won't reset! Powered down the panel and connected the siren with a short length of new cable. Repowered the panel and the strobe was immediately flashing and still won't reset.

  7. The Risco Wisdom comes in two versions. A plain LCD driven panel and an LCD & Voice driven panel, giving set, unset and alarm voice prompts. All three kit pages mention: 'Two Model: LCDversion and LCD version with voice prompts' As it doesnt specifically say on your kits im wondering which version you sell?

I am struggling to find information on how to wire the Pyronix Deltabell Plus to the Honeywell Flex 20. Also i would like to know how to wire the Honeywell DT8012F5 DUAL TEC Motion Sensor with Pet-Immunity (DT8012F5) to the Honeywell Flex 20 panel. At present i have connected the positive and negative to +12V and 0V. I have connected the NC to 0V and put a 1K resistor at the sensor to C, and then again a 1K resistor from C to Tamper. The problem i have is the sensor doesn't have a Fault terminal to wire to zone 1.

Hello! I'm in the process of building a home alarm that consists of the G2-44 Panel and I'd like to know a couple of things: Provided that I have installed a RF Portal, 1. Will this Glass Break Detector that Securitywarehouse supplies (Model: DOM-BG- work with the Galaxy system? 2. Will the KTC 805 keyfob work with the system? If I'd like to purchase the FlexGuard Glass Break Detector and Magnetic Contact (model FG-1608T) as well as the TCB8M Keyfob would it be possible for Securitywarehouse to order them? Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you.

We have a Eurosec LCD panel intruder alarm in our house which we dont use, but there are 2 panic alarms in the house (little white box with red button on top and a little keyhole on the front), which are set to green so we assume are active (we havent tested as we have no keys to turn off?!?!). Does anyone know if you can buy replacment keys as my daughter is getting big enough that she is bound to press it soon and we are worried we wont be able to turn it off !! We would like to de-activate these alarms.

I am looking to replace an existing system (Elkron) with a new one and would appreciate any recommandation from an expert. I would like to combine wired detection (given available existing cable connection) and wireless detection (for new detection points and keyboards). I need to cable about 24 points (detectors, keyboards, smoke detectors, sirenes) and about 24 wireless points (windows/doors detectors, smoke detectors, IR detectors and keyboards) and would like detetors with some intelligence against false alarms (digital signal analysis?). I am currently looking at Risco as well as Texecom. I have heard Risco may be more difficult to program (only for registered i…
