Hi all, I have a Texecom Premier 48, to which I am trying to use the Wintex software to program. I am attempting to use my PC modem to connect to the 2400 com modem installed on the panel. However I can not get a connection with my PC to the panel. Has anybody had issues when trying to do this? Thanks.

Hi, I purchased the Wintex software off your website last night. However I am unable to download the software, it just says "NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed" My order number is #12973. Would it be possible to email me the .zip file please? Thanks, Tom.
