The light and red but no alarm on the alarm. I have checked the jumper everything is good. I have the problem on three sensors M 12 is really weird is it not?

I purchased a Meniver SD2 from you a while ago and have just got round to fitting it but it isn't working and I'd like some help to get it work. I have wired the autodialer into an alarm system and all appears to be good until the unit goes to dial out. I have run test facility and the unit opens the line and then dials, it's says on the screen wiring to dial. I can hear a dial tone before the dialling but the call does not connect. Then before you can hear any connection to the dialled number the unit starts to send out the recorded message after a few seconds. The line test on the unit shows that the line is ok and the fact that a dial tone can be heard before it dials…

Hi, The strobe light in my Reson8 Bell Box will not stop flashing after fitting my new Mini Gen4 control panel. I've tried everything & double, triple & quadruple checked the wiring, spent hours trying to fathom it out, but it still flashes. I've had to disconnect the -strobe wire to stop the flashing. My conclusion is that there must be a fault with my new Mini Gen4 panel. Have you any thoughts please? Thanks David

Hi - my Visonic Keypad is an MKP - 150 and I think it is dead. The Green lights are on but when I arm or disarm the system no noise comes from the Kepad itself and no Red light shows - nor an amber light for "trouble"I am sure it is powered by mains so do you think it is "dead?

Do you have any motion sensors with two contact sets ? So that it is possible to use one contact for alarm, and one for home automation ?

I am wanting to place an order but one of the items I want to purchase is a suitable motion detector for my timber workshop. Please can you advise me on what type of detector is best suited (most stable) to this environment where there will be temperature changes, possible insects and there is 3 windows. I have a question regarding one of the configuration settings on the NEXT PG2 The 'Disarm Activity' setting has a number of options including: Not Active, Yes-No Delay, Yes + 5s delay...etc I am confused about the 'delay' setting. What does the 'delay' value relate to, i.e. the delay between what and what? Also, in what type of scenario would the device be configured to be 'Yes + 30s delay' for example.

All has been fine then about a month ago while setting it l received the message open zone 5 l don't know what have caused this. Have you any ideas? That zone is on a PIR Its a Honeywell lS3012.If you think l need to purchase a new PIR let me know or could it just need re programming?

We have Optex FX-59 QZ alarm system which now it says to replace batteries however there are no batteries inside the sensors and in the panel. What are we supposed to do in this case? The alarm went off and an orange light keeps flashing.

In september last year i asked you a question if a oml-dam can be used as pir only with the mw disabled. You confirmed this with yes. I ordered 6 detectors which stein use in a residentiall environment for a small year now. During this year most of the detectors triggered a false alarm, some of them more than one. This makes the detectors very unreliable. In the same environment, the optex fx50sq performed much and much better being a lower end detector. So, do you know more about the unreliable function of the oml-dam as pir only? Is the pir only functionality in real world worser than the oml-am detector?
