Hello, My order number is 17349. The order is stalled and the status is as follows - Anti fraud measure, billing details submitted do not appear to tally with those held by your card issuer. I entered the details on my credit card into your system when I placed my order. I am located in Ireland and so I do not have a postcode. I entered the County in which I live in the postcode field when registering on the website because you have to fill in that field to be able to register on the site. I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time. Thanks, Ian
