I need to return an item, how do I do this? Returning items to security warehouse is simple. All you need is an RMA number from technical support. Login to our ticket system and request an RMA. Please include the reason for the return on the RMA ticket. How long will it take for my return to be processed? We aim to process returns with 4 working days. Your support ticket and order will be updated throughout this process. However if items are returned without an RMA number then this takes us considerable time to rectify. Why does my first order have to be delivered to my Credit/Debit card / PayPal billing/confirmed address? By delivering your first order t…

I am creating this sticky due to some of the responses made on the support forum. When using paypal for payment method we can only accept paypal accounts that are verified and confirmed (UK orders) This is the same as checking the address on a credit card, but these 2 systems (ie verfied and confirmed) are the only way that paypal allow us to check. We cannot stop the system automatically processing unverfied paypal accounts, and if using paypal for a first order, and having an unverfied paypal account, your order will be stalled. You can then either verify your account with paypal, they will inform us once this is complete, or we can cancel and refund the order. In vario…

  7. Hi, Am just about to purchase the Pyronix V2 TEL PSTN Speech Dialler but thought I'd better ask here before I go ahead as I'm new to this area of work. My main work area is I.T and I'm working for a local farmer who has recently had a load of stuff stolen. He's asked if I can install something that would notify him of an intrusion to his lock-ups. His lock-ups have roller doors, 5 in total and we were thinking of a directional beam to fire across all the access doors in one line (they all open to one big storage room and there is a clear line of sight). When the beam breaks it would trigger the speech dialler to ring his house / mobile phone and notify him of t…

  9. What do I do as I have received a faulty opal xl sensor my order no is 24512. I have just tried to install this sensor to an existing circuit of an emerald mk3 and 2 other opal xl sensors i installed about two month ago. I connected this sensor up to the side of the house and in the day it buzz as it should when selected, however at dusk or night it should turn the lights on. This sensor doesnt. It just buzzes day and night. Just to check the wireing I swapped this sensor with one of the existing ones and the fault went with this new sensor, so I know its faulty. Thanks Steve

  13. Hi, I paid my order with your paypal service, and now you say that my account is not verified and has stalled my order. The problem is that I did not create any account with paypal, I just choose to use 'Express checkout'. Which does not use any paypal account. I just read this sticky: http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/forums/topic/359-stalled-orders/ But I could not see nowhere on the payment pages, as stated in the sticky, that you needed to create a verified account with paypal. I have contacted my credit card company, and they say that the order amount has already been deducted from the card, i.e. I have paid the full order amount. I write here a…
