Hi I have a WR 300 RECEIVER AND A WT 101A SENDER. tHIS OPERATES A POOL COVER.Motor i HAVE JUST REPLACED FAULTY RELAY IN THE SYSTEM. The motor works fine but the receiver whislt flashing when I hit the sender button does not operate. Tabs down oreceiver 1 and 8 Tabs down on the sender 1 3 and 8 not touched either piece of eqipment since it stopped working.Any ideas would be helpful Thank you.

Hi I have 4 pirs and 4 lights. Worked perfectly for years. Very recently all lights come on at dusk, even without movement. They then stay on permanently. I’ve changed the 1809 command centre. No joy. I’ve powered off and reset many times. Again, no joy. Any advice appreciated.

I think that something is wrong with this in your catalog: item is labelled "Visonic Replacement Battery For MCS-710" but at the attached image we can see "6H320BC 7.2V" marked on the side of the battery . The MCS 710 notice says that the needed battery is an ER34615M type (3.6V) . It's the picture wrong or the battery is really destined to an MCS-700 (Ni-Metal, 7.2V battery needed) ? Thanks.

I purchase a voltek 1812 twin zone control unit but it seems to have failed. I have 2 voltek single head external sensors with 1 300w light connected to each pir. It has been working flawlessly since purchased and installed but lately the pir’s show they are detecting but no lights come on so I tested the lights manually and they worked so ruling out the bulbs but don’t come on automatically when detected by the pir’s . I did a full reset and they started to work again but only lasted a day or two and the same is now happening so I am assuming they are faulty. I have sent an email on the 9th December 2020 as I purchased in June 2020 so still under warranty but no one …

Hi, how can i resolve a problem when i have raised a ticket, requested a call back, asked for a reply of any sort, phoned your contact number (pointless by the way), yet still not received any clarification as to what should be happening next. I have a customer who is looking for a MiFare reader which will be able to pick up tokens from 50cm – 1m away. They simply require a reader, they have the tokens already and they do not need it to communicate with a controller, all they wish for is the beep to acknowledge token presence. Will one of the proximity readers you supply meet those requirements? From my research I’ve determined that HF RFID will give the range I’m seeking, do you have any products which will read passively (non-powered tokens too) at a distance of minimum 50cm? All I would need for this is a beep to confirm the presence of the token, just detection of certain tokens.
