If you look at the scantronic watch buttons or a pendant transmitter these would seem ideal.

 

But not all transmitters will function on all receivers.

If you need a watch tx then you will need a separate wireless receiver for this.

I think my mother need this wrist watch. My mother was too older enough and she had no ability to stand alone. Through this system, I didn't worried with the condition of my mom.
