    Hi I placed my order, number #12165, on 15th April but I still do not have a link to download the Texecom Wintex software. My order shows "NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed". I've emailed twice and had no reply. Could you have a look please, or just email me the .zip? It's now 17:34 20th April and still no software. Did get a reply (of sorts) to one of my emails, quote "Forwarded to technical" unquote. Nice. It's now 16:49 21st April and still no software. Sent another email this morning, no response to that either. It's now 16:49 22nd April and still no software or response.

    Hi I recently ordered an alarm system from yourselves. Order NO: 12785. It is My first order from yourselves and hope it will be one of many as my previous supplier has gone bust. I am Disappointed .It has arrived this morning incomplete. I am missing 1X Pyronix Belle Cover (BELLEWHITE) and 1X Pyronix Belle Backplate (BelleBPBlue) This System is scheduled for fitting on Fri 22/5/09 please contact me asap to resolve this ASAP.

    Please, if possible, put the IBAN and BIC reference of Securitywarehouse bank account onto the confirmation mail when ordering or on the website somewhere near visa, paypal, mastercard. There given on the ordering process on page 3 I guess but after this there gone... International orders need these numbers or manual bank transfers are not allowed if missing. It should save customers lot of time when they find those numbers right away. Regards,

    Hello, I raised a support ticket last Friday for an item which was damaged in transit from yourselves. I did not receive a confirming email so, not having a ticket number, I have been unable to check the ticket status. I raised another ticket yesterday on the same subject but again, there was no confirming email to advise of the ticket number. Could you please advise on the status of this issue. Is replacement of the damaged Prox Keypad in hand? Thanks Tim

    openend an account tuesday evening and made an order, all went through ok. Tried to login to check order status next day but your system wont let me. The order arrived today which is good but I would like to be able to login so can make future orders and there is also a problem because there is no RKP with the eurosec panel i ordered. Sent email to sales and accounts and all i've had is one email back telling me to use this forum for support. Help please!

    Hello Following my first email from yesterday about this topic, I have questioned paypal about what to do. They inform me to use your email adress as first input and refer to the bill references and cost . You will then receive an email from paypal to confirm my payment. It seems this is the procedure to use but this is the first time for me. My concern is that there is no bill references when I order from your site (at the end of the checkout, there is no references only a transfer to paypal site), so I cannot refer to any bill of material. Could you please clarify?? Many thanks

  21. Hi I recently placed an order and received the order including the Odyssey 3E bell box that i ordered. I ordered it after reading the website though which stated the 3E had dual piezo sounders and triple tamper. After looking at it and reading the texecom website it turns out the 3E has is a single sounder, double tamper model. Ive raised a ticket which has ticket No.482740 to request the Odyssey 3 sounder and I will pay the difference and return the 3E. I had a previous ticket raised from the 2nd Oct though which still hasnt been answered(it doesnt need to be now as I have received the order) so have little faith in the system at the moment, hence posting on here.
