openend an account tuesday evening and made an order, all went through ok.  Tried to login to check order status next day but your system wont let me.  The order arrived today which  is good but I would like to be able to login so can make future orders and there is also a problem because there is no RKP with the eurosec panel i ordered.  Sent email to sales and accounts and all i've had is one email back telling me to use this forum for support.  Help please!

I will have to check the cctv on the packing system to see if the keypad was packed. Are you sure it isnt inside a sounder and or decoy box etc?

 

I will look into your account login, can you pm me some details like an order number and the correct email address and i will rectify it.
