    The download button never did appear in my order history, but thanks for sending the file as an email.

    Hi The physical part of my order number #11499 placed on 13th March arrived, but I still do not have a link to download Texecom Wintex. My order shows "NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed". I've emailed twice and had no reply. Could you have a look please, or just email me the .zip ?
